Ordering Information
How do I order greeting cards or prints?
Simply send us an e-mail to orders@creative-captures.ca and let us know what you would like to order (prints or greeting cards) and the quantity and we’ll send you back a price quote.
How long does it take until I receive my cards?
If you are within Canada, you should receive your cards within 2-3 days of purchase. If you are outside of Canada, shipping times may vary due to border delays or other mail delays that are out of our hands. However, if you would like the cards shipped to you by a special method in order to receive them sooner, please send us an e-mail at orders@creative-captures.ca.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary based on the number of cards you purchase. Once you send us your e-mail, you will receive an e-mail from us with your shipping costs calculated. There will be instructions on how to submit payment for those fees and once paid, we will ship your cards out to you.
Can I order more than just one of each card?
Of course! Just let us know which photo you would like and the quantity when you e-mail.
We are interested in carrying your cards in our store. Can you provide me with more information on how we can do that?
Sure! Just send us an e-mail at orders@creative-captures.ca and we will send you out an information packet. If you are local to our area, we can also set up a meeting to discuss all of the retail options.
